• Since 1990 involved in different Real Estate projects, in Chile and the US, as investor.
• Economist from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Daniel Klinger
Executive Director
• 12 years of experience in the US Real Estate business.
• Managing director and involved in the day to day operations of the different funds currently under management.
• Miami based for more than 10 years.
• In 2009 founded Andina Holdings LLC to invest directly in the US Real Estate market.
• Business Major from Universidad Diego Portales with an MBA from Babson College, Boston, MA.
Tomás Poblete

• In 2014 founded Coeymans, Edwards, Poblete & Dittborn lawfirm based in Santiago, Chile.
• Between 2012 and 2013 he worked for Cleary, Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, New York.
• Previously he also worked at the Chilean law firms Barros & Errazuriz and later at Carey y Cia.
• Attorney from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with and LLM from Columbia University, New York, NY.

• Between 2017 and 2020 he worked as Senior Director & Portfolio Manager for Independencia Asset Management LLC.
• Between 2013 and 2016 he worked as Senior Deputy Manager of Real Estate Income in the Chilean Life Insurance Company Penta Vida S.A.
